PreLovedScents Marketplace - Influencer Profile Protection Policy

1. Purpose
This Policy protects Verified Member members who opt into the LovedScents Influencer directory and use their public Studio to share scent content or promote authentic fragrance products.
2. What we protect
2.1 Studio identity. Your display name, username, avatar, tagline, shelf photos, and feed posts are your creator presence. Other members may not impersonate you or create confusing copycat accounts.
2.2 Contact privacy. Influencers are enrolled with contact-hiding defaults. Email addresses, phone numbers, and government ID are never shown on public Studio pages.
2.3 Anti-scraping. Automated harvesting of Influencer profile content, images, or feed posts for republication, model training, or competitor databases is prohibited.
2.4 Media integrity. We encourage watermarking on uploaded photos and clips. Report stolen or reposted media to admin@lovedscents.com with links to the original Studio post.
3. Your controls
Influencers may enable follower-only DMs, keep contact details hidden, and request review when content is copied without permission. You may leave the Influencer directory at any time from the feed.
4. Enforcement
We may remove infringing posts, suspend accounts that scrape or impersonate Influencers, and permanently ban repeat offenders. We are not a law firm and cannot guarantee removal on third-party sites, but we will act on-platform within a reasonable time.
5. Reporting
Email admin@lovedscents.com with the infringing URL, your Studio username, and a short description. Include timestamps and screenshots when available.
